GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, SHAME SHELVES ARE NOT SOLID OAK - COULD POSSIBLY GET THREE SHELVES IN SPACE AS WELL AS THEY ARE QUITE DEEP

As with the other items I purchased from this range, the handle was so securely fixed to the inside that I couldn't unscrew it. Customer Service instructed me to try a screwdriver!!! What did they perhaps think I was using my nose? I was then told to get a local handyman in. I refused & insisted that they send someone in. That took 2 weeks because of Christmas. When the very pleasant gentleman arrived, he had difficulty getting the handles off and agreed that i would not have been able to do it and had I persisted I would probably have split the wood.
