Poor Quality. After waiting for six weeks for my order to be delivered, I was really excited when just before Christmas it was delivered. I was therefore really disappointment when it was unpacked and the computer tray was broken; this was compounded by the fact that the matching bookcase had a large crack in the wood and the chair was dented so it was unusable. Thankfully the delivery company took the items away immediately and we were refunded, however the whole experience was really disheartening.

Gorgeous piece of furniture for daughter. Quite grown up desk but is perfect. Very well made and easy to put together. delivery and comms great. Only negative is packaging - far far far too much polystyrene, astonishing in this day and age that a recyclable alternative not used. Factor up all the orders from this popular company and that is a significant amount going to landfill. More sustainability practices please and contribution to tackling this industry issue Cotswold to retain this customer
