The delivery of this product was excellent no problems however the quality is poor the interior was damaged along with one of the draws. I would give an over a scoring of 2 for quality and 2 for value for money.
Love the look of the product and received good service in store and on delivery. However, on delivery I unwrapped the packaging and removing drawers in order to carry upstairs I noted that there was a defect to the bottom drawer runner. I appreciate that given this is made from natural wood, that there may well be natural imperfections but I am concerned that the location of the split (where the runner is fixed to the side) weakens the runner, which could break with the weight of the drawer. I took a photo of the issue and left a voicemail at head office/store where purchased, to advise of the issue and requested a call back during office hours. To date I have not heard from Cotswold Country Interiors which is really disappointing. I was planning on purchasing some further furniture from Cotswold but have not due to my experience.

I brought quite a few items in this range I was a bit worried buying online, I didn't need to worry at all. I was completely blown away with every item. Really good quality. I am over the moon. Delivery was just as good and customer service was excellent. I Will definitely be buying more items . Very very happy.
