Double Storage Bench with Cushion

Unfortunately came with damage in transit but politely resolved by a phone call. White cushion does attach marks.

I waited two months to receive this product, as it was out of stock. Delivery was between 07.00 hours and 21.00 hours. To have had a two-hour delivery slot cost extra. When it arrived I was so looking forward to seeing it in our hallway as it had appeared to be just what we needed and was extremely disappointed when it was opened. When the top of the package was opened the top and side of the unit were damaged in three places so it was pointless opening it further. The cardboard packaging was not fit for transporting such a heavy item and there was only a very thin layer of polystyrene at the sides for protection. The one redeeming factor was that when I immediately contacted customer services, the staff member to whom I spoke was extremely helpful and arranged collection of the item very quickly. A few days later the unit was collected by courier for return. It did however require a further telephone call to customer services to have a refund. The staff member to whom I spoke accepted responsibility for the delay and apologised. The refund was made immediately after. Unfortunately I would be loathe to order from this company again.

Love this bench, fits perfectly under the stairs and had ample space for storage inside. Cushion fits well too and is comfortable
