Fantastic product which looks great in my daughter's bedroom. One of white wooden knobs wouldn't screw on however following a quick email to customer services a new one was sent immediately - great service.

Unfortunately, ours was badly damaged with a huge crack up the side when unpackaged. Delivery men were more bothered about making sure that I stated in my comment that the packaging had not been damaged than they were about informing me what would happen in regard to my order. They didn't bother to explain that I had to then go chasing up my replacement. I now have to wait 10-12 weeks, with no bedroom furniture, literally. Looked lovely,probably a bit unfair to rate the overall quality on an obviously faulty good, but I guess obviously faulty says it all, that crack must have been there when it was packaged up, the actual packaging was so thick and tightly taped around it, it seemed to take forever to get it out of the box! Have had good customer service in past with Cotswold but had to deal with pet peave this time, being referred to by my christian name over and over again by someone I've never met before! When did customer service get so informal! Sorry, now being very picky, as very frustrated with wait and piles of clothes now to be found on floor! Hopefully will change my rating when my drawers eventually arrive in one piece.

Love it but the best was the planned prompt delivery and being kept informed at all times.
