For build and easy assembly I will give 5 stars. Value for money the same. I am thrilled with the table and chairs. Nice and solids especially for my special needs Godson and myself.

The table and chairs are ok but the amount of packaging is excessive.
Their customer service is appalling, I have an ongoing problem with a complaint with a chest of drawers and after a week have still not had a response. The wait for delivery is excessive and the goods are made in China which is not made clear on their website.
When you call no one answers the phone unless you call to purchase goods.

The product is fine, does and looks as expected. Chairs are quite heavy but look elegant. Only criticism is of delivery workers who removed main packing materials but left my floor completely covered in pieces of white polystyrene which they refused to clear up.
