We had to return this item which was a unit with the item below because the colour was, for us, significantly different from other pieces we have already from the range. And it was a colour we were unable to accept. Otherwise the quality was not bad; there were some imperfections on the top dresser, a small split on the base and the shelf was marked on one edge. Also, there were no instructions. However, had the colour been right was would have kept the items. We were very impressed by the way Cotswold dealt with the return and the speed of the refund. In that process they recognised we had no packing for the items as we had paid extra to have it removed and organised the collecting agency to come prepared. Top marks for the customer service we received and we would have no problem with buying from the company again.

Unfortunately due to the hutch arriving damaged and then later going missing in transit I'm unable to review the product because I'm still without it, should you require me to review the service I'm receiving it doesn't fair favourable due to being told that I would receive the original Hutch now marginally discounted plus another piece of cabinetry on Saturday to then be told late on Friday that I'm going to have to wait until you can trace the furniture. I'm no longer a happy customer.

Beautiful piece of furniture. My furniture came with a few imperfections. There were 2 areas of chipped paint on my dresser and side board, and the door handles and glass were sprayed with the cream paint. Contacted the company, and the customer service was great. I received a discount and was sent some new handles. Now happy with my purchase.
