Everything fine with the product and with Cotswold - very pleased. Your delivery contractors are a different matter entirely. Left the product in the hallway - no offer to take it to the room of choice. Didn't want to remove the packaging. Stated that if it was damaged once we'd removed the packaging then the item would be replaced anyway so no need to unwrap. When we finally got them to remove the packaging they snapped all the polysterene which then went all over the floor which we had to clean up when they had gone. They ticked all the boxes on the form to say they had done everything which they had not.
