Here’s something a little bit different from the norm. Made from solid oak and high quality oak veneers, then lacquered to bring out the rich, characterful grain, this beautifully made unit will hold a TV up to 57” wide on its chunky top. The central shelf will house your digital receiver, while the drawers either side will keep all your techy bits and bobs neat and tidy. So far, so normal. But what makes this piece different is below. The large shelf with black metal bottom has been designed to hold logs for your open fire or wood-burning stove. We think they’ll make an appealing rustic contrast to all that technology above. You don’t have to use the space for logs, of course – you could pile up your DVDs or your collection of Star Wars figures – it’s entirely up to you.
