Very disappointed with both the mat and the service from Cotswold. The rug appeared to be very grubby when received and the motif was blurred and cheap looking. I arranged for the mat to be collected for return and waited in on the agreed day but no-one arrived. I have made several attempts since to rearange but no satisfactory reply. Emails replies are generic and do not relate to my specific problem and attempts to contact by phone result in 15 mins+ wait on answerphone after which I hang up. Not the standard of service I came to expect from this firm.

Pleased with the Charlie Chicken doormat after reading some reviews I was anxious.
