How do I apply to be a Cotswold Company trade customer?
You can contact us by calling our sales team on 0333 200 1725, visiting one of our showrooms, or by filling out the form on this page. A dedicated Cotswold Company advisor will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm you’re eligible and discuss your upcoming projects. You can start using your trade discount right away when placing an order with your designated sales advisor.
Will I receive discount on my orders?
Qualifying trade orders will receive an exclusive discount from your very first order. Once you have been accepted onto our database you will receive your exclusive discount.
How does the delivery process work?
Qualifying orders placed by our trade customers will receive free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Charges may apply for deliveries to Northern Ireland. For further information on our delivery services, please click here.
Can I use Cotswold Company Products for commercial projects?
Our cabinetry is all suitable for use in a commercial setting but our upholstery items are currently only suitable for residential projects. Please speak to one of our sales advisors for further information.
Can I get a VAT receipt for my order?
Once your order has been delivered you can request a VAT receipt through your dedicated advisor.
Can I order samples before placing an order?
If you speak to your dedicated sales advisor and let them know which wood and/or fabric samples you would like they can arrange for them to be posted out to you.
Do you offer overseas delivery?
We offer shipping to mainland UK addresses as well as those in Northern Ireland. However we often deliver to international shipping companies who you can then arrange to forward the delivery onto an overseas address.
