How do I apply to be a Trade customer?
Complete our online Trade application form. Once approved, you will receive a welcome email confirming our discount bands and key terms.
Is the Trade programme available to retailers or for resale?
Our Trade programme is designed for B2B customers purchasing for use within their own projects or commercial spaces. We do not supply products on a wholesale basis for resale through third party retailers or marketplaces.
How are Trade discounts structured?
Trade discounts are banded based on order value. Your initial discount is confirmed in your welcome email. Discount levels increase in line with order value and ongoing account activity.
Is there a minimum order value?
For new Trade accounts, the first order must exceed £500 to quality for Trade discount. Subsequent orders follow standard banding thresholds.
Do you offer project or volume pricing?
For large scale or multi site projects, please contact the Trade team at trade@cotswoldco.com. We will review scope, colume and timelines before confirming any enhanced commercial terms.
Are your products suitable for commercial or hospitality projects?
Selected upholstery and mattress collections are available with Crib 5 compliance. Compliance documentation can be provided on request.
How does delivery work for Trade orders?
Delivery options and lead times vary by product. Your Trade advisor can confirm stock availability and estimated delivery before you place an order. We offer FREE delivery to mainland UK addresses.
Can you reserve or hold stock for projects?
Stock reservation may be possible depending on availability and project timelines. Please discuss requirements with your Trade advisor in advance.
What is the Trade returns policy?
Trade returns follow our standard policy. Please review terms prior to ordering, particularty for large or project specific purchases.
Can I order sampled before placing an order?
Fabric swatches are available for selected upholstery ranges and cabinetry finishes. Please contact your Trade advisor to request samples.
Will I have a dedicated Trade contact?
Yes. Approved Trade customers have access to a dedicated Trade advisor for quotations, product guidance and project support.
Can I receive a VAT receipt?
A VAT invoice is only issued after delivery of goods. Please speak to your Trade advisor to request an invoice.
