Furniture & Large Item Delivery (UK Mainland)

Express Delivery from £20 from £20 FREE
Saturday Delivery £20

  • Your delivery will be between 7am – 9pm
  • You will receive a specific time window by the morning of delivery. Please note that this is an all-day service and our delivery team may book your delivery slot any time between 7am - 9pm
  • Delivered to the front entrance on the ground floor of your home
  • If your order is over £500 or weighs over 50kg, your order will be upgraded to our Room of Choice service free of charge

Accessories & Smaller Item Delivery (UK Mainland)

Standard Delivery FREE
Saturday Delivery £20

  • Delivered by one of our professional network delivery partners
  • Your delivery will be between 7.30am – 6pm
  • Delivery will be to the outer entrance on the ground floor of the property
  • You will receive a two hour timeslot via SMS on the morning of delivery
  • The driver will leave a card through the door if no one is home, to arrange redelivery. There is no redelivery charge in this instance

Delivery Service Upgrades

There are a range of delivery service upgrades that you can select at checkout. Depending on the items in your basket and your postcode, some services may not be available. You will see which options are available to you at checkout.

Only available on Furniture & Large Item Deliveries

Orders over £500 or that weigh over 50kg automatically receive this service free of charge. Other orders can add this upgrade from £15. Please call us before checkout if you would like to add this to your order (not available on Accessories and Small Item Deliveries).

  • Your furniture will be carried to the room of choice, up a maximum of two flights of stairs. If there are more than two flights of stairs, please give us a call before ordering
  • Before placing your order, please check that the furniture will fit through any passages, stairwells, landings and doorways. You can use our guide to double-check
Only available on Accessories & Small Item Deliveries

Morning Delivery from £15.00

  • Before 10:30am - from £25.00
  • Before 12:00 noon - from £15.00

You will be able to add this upgrade to your order at the checkout if your basket qualifies for the service. Morning deliveries are not available for exchanges or collections.

£10.00 per order - only available with Room of Choice Delivery

Available for part-assembled and fully-assembled furniture only. After delivering your furniture, our drivers will remove any packaging and return it to our warehouse ready for recycling.

We have launched a closed-loop recycling system for our returned packaging: the cardboard we take away during delivery is now recycled into new packaging for our home accessories. To learn more about this service please read our Sustainability Pledge.

From £15.00 per item - only available with Room of Choice Delivery

While most of our furniture arrives fully-assembled, some items arrive part-assembled and require some assembly. Your furniture will be carried to your room of choice; unpacked, positioned and assembled.

Available for part-assembled furniture only, you will be able to add this upgrade to qualifying items in your order at checkout. The price for this service may vary and is charged per item, depending on your order.

Made-to-Order Sofa & Armchair Delivery

Our made-to-order upholstery will be despatched within the time frame shown when ordering. If your order contains a mix of made-to-order upholstery and other items, we will allow you to choose your delivery options as above for the other items. Your upholstery item(s) will be despatched separately once these have been made.


Delivery Information

For All Delivery Services:

  • A signature is required
  • If you would like to take advantage of our finance package, please note we only deliver to your billing address
  • Postcode restrictions apply to all services and upgrades. To see what’s available to you please enter your address at checkout

Cancellations and Redelivery

We appreciate that sometimes you may have to cancel or adjust your order. In such cases, we kindly require the following:

  • Please change the delivery date or cancel/adjust orders 48 hours before delivery to avoid an additional return fee
  • Add to orders by contacting our Customer Services Team on 0333 200 1725
  • Unfortunately missed deliveries will be charged, except for parcel deliveries and accessories. View missed delivery charges on our Terms & Conditions page (item 7.20)

Remote areas and Scotland

  • Deliveries to remote areas or Scotland normally take five to ten business days. More isolated postcodes can take up to 28 days
  • The following postcodes receive our free Scotland Delivery: AB, IV, KW1-14, PA & PH (UK mainland only)
  • Select your free Scotland Delivery at the checkout

Delivery Delays

We, like many retailers, have experienced minor delays at our UK seaports. While the situation is improving, we continue to work hard to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can check the status of your items on Track Your Order or My Account.
