With our specially selected delivery options, we apply the most suitable service at checkout based on your purchase – which you can upgrade and customise to suit your needs. The prices shown are based on single items, if you have multiple items in your basket we will group these together to the most suitable delivery service.
Our made-to-order upholstery will be despatched within the time frame shown when ordering. Our specialist delivery team will contact you to organise a delivery date. Delivery between 7am–9pm, with a specific timeslot by the morning of delivery. Delivered to the room of your choice up to the second floor – access permitting*. Our delivery team will remove and recycle all packaging. Availability varies by postcode.
If your order contains a mix of made-to-order upholstery and other items, we will allow you to choose your delivery options as above for the other items with a separate delivery charge. Your upholstery item(s) will be despatched separately once these have been made.
While most of our furniture arrives fully-assembled, some items arrive part-assembled and require some assembly. With our assembly services, your furniture will be carried to your room of choice; unpacked, positioned and assembled."
Available for part-assembled furniture only. You will be able to add this upgrade to qualifying items in your order at checkout when your order qualifies for our Furniture & Large Item Delivery service. If you are only offered our Small Furniture & Large Accessories Delivery service at checkout but would still like to add Furniture Assembly to your order, then please contact us before placing your order. The price for this service may vary and is charged per item, depending on your order.
Light Assembly from £15.00 per item
All smaller items of furniture including dining tables, bookcases, dressing tables and computer desks
Premium Assembly from £45.00 per item
Larger items such as wardrobes and beds
If applicable to your order, after delivering your furniture our drivers will remove any packaging and return it to our warehouse ready for recycling.
We have launched a closed-loop recycling system for our returned packaging: the cardboard we take away during delivery is now recycled into new packaging for our home accessories. To learn more about this service please read our Sustainability Pledge.
Please note: This service is only included in our Furniture & Large Item and Upholstery delivery services. This service is not available for our Homeware or Small Furniture delivery services. Available for part-assembled and fully-assembled furniture only.
