Arrived in very poor condition. Damaged in many places. Not fit for purpose. I have rung x 2 (once they hung up on me) and contacted the Returns email given. No response. Await shop to open to return personally.

The first one turned up completely damaged as it had no packaging at all around it in the box. so i was sent another one, exactly the same issue! So frustrating as it’s a really nice item if they could be bothered to package it properly!
