Whilst this rug will serve it's purpose as a hall rug which gets alot of wear and tear, I'm disappointed that it is totally different in terms of quality from one brought previously. This one is too light in colour and poorer quality, would have been better off buying from IKEA to be honest!

Whilst this looked like the perfect rug instore, the one that was delivered to us had been rolled and stored in such a way that there were permanent very deep folds and creases across the whole width of the rug. We persevered with having it on the floor in the hope that the folds would disappear over a few days, but they were just as pronounced a week after delivery. Had to return the rug for a refund today. The only item of the many we've bought from Cotswold over the years that hasn't been totally satisfactory.
