Excellent product. Easy to assemble and looks good.

Love this day bed - it looks really lovely and is comfortable to boot. It is a sturdy and well built bed that will last for years. Other, cheaper day beds are a false economy and I’m so glad I listened to my husband and got this instead of a metal framed one. I am so impressed by the whole experience of shopping with the Cotswold Co; I ordered it on the Saturday and it was delivered the following week, within the given time frame. We received a phone call half an hour before hand from the delivery men to let us know they wouldn't be long. An excellent product and service.

The bed is very nice but unfortunately the first thing noticed was that there are a few areas that are marked and need touched up with paint! When my husband started to assemble the bed the holes where the bolts and screws are meant to go there are two that have not been bored out to allow this to happen! This is a fault from the factory. I tried to contact contact Cotswold 10 times by phone and sent e mails and photos but still no reply! I needed the use of the bed urgently for visitors so had to pay a joiner to correct the problem! I am very disappointed in Customer Services ! Yesterday I finally managed to speak to a lovely lady who told me that she would send an email to aftercare marking it urgent and I would receive a phone e call yesterday or today at the latest! I still haven’t heard from aftercare! I have purchased many items from Cotswold and been delighted but not so in this case. I also ordered the nest of tables to match and the corner of the smaller table is broken!! I have sent an email regarding this also with no reply! I told the lady yesterday about this also! She assured me that the message to aftercare was highlighted as urgent! I am very upset and angry to say the least regarding lack of communication and difficulty trying to communicate ! Please please can someone contact me ??
