The bed was delivered with faults to both the head board and foot board. I have e-mailed twice with photographic evidence of the issues and no one has bothered to get in touch to sort out how the situation can be recovered. Very disappointing.

Brilliant colour finish. Very grand and the panel touches make it amazing Have to be careful with sunlight affecting it and smears but very happy with my purchase! Were a few paint deficiencies and dents upon delivery but hardly noticeable
