I love the look of this bed, and as our first super king size it feels totally luxurious and opulent to be able to have so much space! We have bought a number of items from Cotswold Co and I have been pleased with the look and quality of all of them but I do have one concern, and that is about the paint finish. It seems quite brittle and not very hard wearing. For example, just this morning we rotated the mattress on our bed and afterwards noticed a small chip in the paint work at the foot of the bed. This occurred purely as a result of us sliding the mattress across it. Due to the size and weight of the mattress, it is impossible to lift it. I have also noticed a similar problem with the drawers to the dressing table we purchased. The paint is chipping and wearing away purely as a result of normal usage. It seems such a shame that an otherwise lovely product should be compromised because of the paint finish. I really do hope Cotswold will look at ways of improving this and making it more resilient, otherwise this lovely furniture will soon look ragged and worn.

Really pleased with our new bed. It looks great in our bedroom. The customer service and delivery team were also very good. I would definitely buy again from The Cotswold Co and recommend to anyone!
