The bed was reasonable value for money however the build quality is poor. See attached photo of cracked side panel. I have raised this with customer service yesterday and awaiting a response to my complaint. Look forward to hearing from you.

On first delivery the bed was damaged and on 2nd delivery I was informed by delivery company that it wouldn’t fit upstairs in the box. I told them to take out box they said they couldnt as they would be held responsible if damaged and cost taken out their wages. I spoke to their manager, and said I would take full responsibility and he was telling them not to do it. I had to ring Cotswold and get them to speak to delivery company. I paid for installation and I feel that if Cotswold and their delivery company cant offer this without causing a fuss then it shouldn’t be offered as an extra . I would just like to say the actual delivery men were brilliant and very nice and did their best but I can say from my part I would think again when using Cotswold as wasnt really customer friendly. Just to add I had just moved and had lots of deliveries and Cotswold were the only company I had hassle with.
