99% perfect, both bottom hooks that fit on head and bottom boards slightly bent , so needed tweaking before allowing proper assembly. Easy to rectify by myself but would imagine a lot of customers would complain, looking at the packaging I would say damage caused before packed, but overall very pleased

This bed excellent extremely well made and looks beautiful with the rest of our Cotswold bedroom furniture. Very is the assemble and delivery guys were great
