My item arrived damaged in two places, still waiting for a replacement. The customer service department could be more of a personal service not just computer generated emails. The item was over £1,000 and I was offered £120 refund if I kept it !! This is not what is expected from a top end furniture company. The actual furniture is of a very good quality when it isn’t damaged but the delivery and customer service lets the company down.

I am very pleased with this item which is being used as a bedroom chest of drawers. It is an imposing piece of furniture which is very well made and sturdy. In my opinion it is well worth the money.
