A lovely unit but the customer service is very poor. I have attempted to contact on several occasions and after two weeks had passed I called them to report the (again) that the unit was damaged. I was told I would be contacted to discuss options and to date still no response, this is now three weeks since reporting the damage.

Very excited to receive my purchase however it was damaged and badly so. When I called the after care team I was told that my pictures would be reviewed by the restoration team, not that I would be given a replacement, definitely no care given! However I will say that the sales team were fabulous, engaging and proactive and when I spoke to senior team members from the after care team they were great. Would I buy from the Cotswold company again, no, why, because I was so put off by the poor quality. I bought on line and thought the product would have been as good as the online sales.
