When I received the drawers there was a slight area of damage on the front near one of the drawers. It looked as if some veneer was hanging off. The description of the item had no mention of veneer, but was written in riddles, differently from other ranges I had been looking at. I was really disappointed as I had wanted this to be a.long term purchase which I could have refinished at some point in the future. Customer services were excellent and the item was collected for refund promptly. I never did find out exactly what this range is constructed of.

Item arrived damaged. Dealing with the furniture restoration company appointed by cotswolds was very painfull.
