We recently ordered the Chantilly tallboy chest for our master bedroom after a long search for some elegant yet sturdy furniture that was already built (don't do flat-pack). I stumbled across this website and immediately fell in love with the Chantilly range. The whole process has been smooth, from ordering the furniture online until the day of it being delivered and I cannot fault the Cotswold Company throughout the whole process. The delivery arrived on our specified day and within the 2 hour delivery slot we were given a few days before delivery. I was informed on the status of my order numerous times throughout the whole process which is reassuring. When the order arrived, it was well packaged and protected and the delivery drivers were helpful and courteous. The chest was delivered, and as promised, already built, the only thing left to do was to decide which knob to chose to put on the front (as you get a choice between chrome and white). Overall we love our furniture and highly recommend this fabulous company! I am already deciding on which pieces to order next.

Disappointed with delicate finish ; drawer fit and white powder residue that comes off the underside of drawers despite cleaning.
