Bolts and wood both damaged, replacement screws promised but not delivered.
Admin failed to merge my two orders as they said they had meaning this came on its own rather than as a 5 item order. When I complained about having taken a day off work and now having to take another one for the remaining delivery, costing me several hundred pounds as I am self employed, due to their human error, I was told "look on the bright side you got a lovely bit of furniture earlier than expected"
Over £2500 of furniture ordered, poor quality, horrific customer service, they don't want to know and they don't care. No effort what so ever to right wrongs. I feel ingored, patronized and ripped off.
