What's included
- Mattress Removal & Recycling: We'll take away and responsibly recycle your old mattress. You can request one collection per mattress included in your order. Please note that bed frames, headboards, and mattress toppers are not included.
- Packaging Removal: All packaging from your new mattress will be removed and recycled where possible
- Sustainable Recycling: Your old mattress will be broken down into parts, with over 90% of the materials being recycled and repurposed.
Before we arrive
- Prepare your old mattress: Please remove any mattress toppers, sheets and covers, leaving your mattress on the bed frame where possible.
- Clear the area: We can collect the mattress from the room of your choice up to the second floor - access permitting. Ensure that any furniture around the bed or along the route of exit is moved to allow easy access.
- Hygiene: Please make sure your old mattress is dry and in a reasonably clean and hygienic condition

I had two concerns at the start of this purchase 1 - Cotswold definition of firm vs mine, 2 - only having two weeks to try out. Both ended up being irrelevant. I did a video call with the store and despite it not being easy they showed me as best they could the "firmness". It was in stock, arrived in a week and did not let me down. The big plus for me is the all natural materials. There is no other mattress (that I could find) of a similar quality. I am following the instructions to flip on a regular basis for these first few months as well.
A very comfortable mattress.
Put it this way - we spend a third of our life on one of these. Investing in the best mattress you can afford makes really good sense. I'm no Rothschild and I've never spent £2k+ on a single piece of furniture before in my life - but investing in a Malmsebury mattress is already paying me back/ my back! The quality is very obvious - and the comfort has aided my sleep a wonderful amount. Thank you Cotswold Co - you are great.
