What's included
- Mattress Removal & Recycling: We'll take away and responsibly recycle your old mattress. You can request one collection per mattress included in your order. Please note that bed frames, headboards, and mattress toppers are not included.
- Packaging Removal: All packaging from your new mattress will be removed and recycled where possible
- Sustainable Recycling: Your old mattress will be broken down into parts, with over 90% of the materials being recycled and repurposed.
Before we arrive
- Prepare your old mattress: Please remove any mattress toppers, sheets and covers, leaving your mattress on the bed frame where possible.
- Clear the area: We can collect the mattress from the room of your choice up to the second floor - access permitting. Ensure that any furniture around the bed or along the route of exit is moved to allow easy access.
- Hygiene: Please make sure your old mattress is dry and in a reasonably clean and hygienic condition

Tried numerous mattresses over the years our latest being a simba mattress but can honestly say the most comfortable mattress ever! Also from ordering to delivery communication superb. All round 5 stars

We are inlove with this mattress. We went out on a limb buying the mattress without trying it out but we couldn't be happier. We are happy to buy local and all of the sustainable aspects it adheres to. From purchase to delivery, everything was so smooth! An invest we will never regret - thank you!
