We like the Cotswold products, we do not like the state they arrive in. It does not matter if one orders a triple larder or a small wardrobe they come with corner damage. One assumes Cotswold are well aware of this issue as they have a Chichester warehouse full of damaged stock for sale. Our post purchase procedure is in place….What we have are the Cotswold colour charts. After delivery we head for B&Q get a small pot of paint to match, filler, paint brush & fine sand paper. I repair the damage. Because we have waited three months for the product we cannot face going through the returns procedure. Maybe Cotswold could include a repair kit with each item?

First one arrived damaged chased and chased for a new one! Mean to be delivered today and just told it’s been cancelled. Not happy customer, customer service is shocking don’t use this company

Would have prefered if the top of the base unit was Oaky, the top of the wardrobe is solid wood but you cant see much of it so that's wasted. The packaging was totaly ridiculous in the amount of non eco-friendly polystyrene packaging that there was. The instructions for assembly are lacking in that they don't tell you that once you have made the top carcass you then have to lift it on top of the base! That nearly killed me lifting it on, i only got caught once and built the second one on top of the base unit! Despite the OTT packaging, one edge of the base unit was damaged but not enough to make me wsnt to go through the trauma of building another one and, worse, disposing of the packaging.
