Unfortunately I can’t properly rate this company or its products! We ordered ( and paid) for this wardrobe over a month ago, was told it would take 7 days to come in. Seven days later was told the item was delayed but would be in by the end of April! Had a message to say it was in and various delivery options. Paid £10 for Saturday delivery then received email to say product was not in so would not be delivered! Rang customer service, was told we could have £100 off and would be delivered two weeks later as the consignment meant for us was not a good enough quality. Rang back as had no confirmation email to be told there was no record of this and that the product was not available for 8 weeks! We said but the man told us there was another consignment in two weeks! We were them told yes but they are for other customers!!!!! So basically after waiting and a lot of fobbing off we decided to cancel order. Shocked by the customer service but ordered a similar wardrobe from ‘furniture 123’ (probably not as good quality) for less than half the price but looked good and was delivered in 4 days from start to finish!

Hi the product is great customer service is appalling. The wardrobe came without two shelf brackets and we made them aware on the day. After numerous emails over two weeks later and a phone call the brackets were sent. These are the wrong brackets.

Seamless from start to finish, The delivery ?? was booked and on time, delivery drivers polite and careful and erected the wardrobe and also took away the packaging. The wardrobe is beautiful. Absolutely delighted, thank you.
