Pros solid piece of furniture. Cons difficulty with hanging the doors and we are good with these things usually. One door still doesn't open or close properly. V disappointing especially as our first purchase of a different kind of wardrobe from Cotswold was so lovely.

These are where the problems appear. On one wardrobe the lower left hand drawer didn't close properly. Homeserve visited 3 weeks later and repaired the runner but said it would be better to order a new left hand runner. A right hand runner was sent and when the Homeserve man returned 4 weeks later he was unable to replace the runner. This should have been noted on his note to the company. On the other triple wardrobe the pair of doors would not close properly. The delivery men attempted unsuccessfully to make them work. When Homeserve came to rectify the problem they found that some of the hinges were incorrect. The instructions for the construction of the wardrobe are very poor about which hinges to use on which doors. He ordered new hinges and on his second visit sorted out the doors. 22 weeks after ordering we are now able to use all the furniture. Not the best of results but at least there are provisions for rectification when things don't go to plan. If the delivery men had been more aware of the complexities of the 3 door wardrobes the problems might not have arisen. It would also be good to check that the correct hinges are provided with each wardrobe as there are 2 types for this wardrobe.
Nice wardrobe but the doors are tricky to fit even for someone who is a very capable in carrying out diy. Not helped by having a faulty hinge that had to be replaced.
