The product is good quality and value for money.
The service from The Cotswold company and the delivery company was terrible. The order did not turn up on the agreed date and after spending a great deal of time chasing both the delivery company and Cotswold company we agreed a new delivery date which sadly came and went again with no delivery.
The item was delivered on the 3rd agreed date but I had to spend a great amount of time and effort in coordinating.
I appreciate things go wrong in delivery however no one was the Cotswold company took ownership of the issue and I had to do all of the chasing etc which is poor service.
It has defiantly put me off ordering anything else given the hassles which is a shame as the products are good quality.

I love this dinky little cupboard which I bought for my bedroom-come-office and it fits in well with the decor and office furniture and perfect for my needs. Very sturdy and very good value, as is everything I've bought from Cotswold!
