Absolute rubbish. Four of the six chairs were faulty including one with a broken leg, one with a mark on the fabric, one with poor stitching and the other had already had the leg repaired and had a different coloured wood spliced into part of one of the legs. None of the chairs were anything like the quality of the items displayed in the showroom. We suspect the showroom items were demo pieces built by a craftsman in the UK and the others were produced overseas with little or no quality control. In addition to the faults described, none of the chairs had oak legs the same colour as on the website photos or in the showroom and the colour looked closer to maple than oak.

The chairs are as expected, look great and really comfortable. They are also standing up to the test of two new kittens who like to jump all over them when we aren’t looking!

I am very pleased with the dinning chair.its very comfortable and as I suffer with arthritis, i can now sit in comfort to eat my meals. Very happy . Sonia
