We spent some time looking for chairs for the kitchen and decided to look on Cotswold website. We found the chairs we were looking for and they are absolutely lovely. We honestly didn't expect them to be so nice they are extremely well made plus they are strong. A lot of companies out there could learn a lesson from Cotswold regarding packaging too as they were also very well packed.
Thank you Cotswold for my lovely kitchen chairs I know they will last us for years to come.
PS. Just a thought but how come you don't make seat pads for these chairs? It would be great if you did as I've only been able to find square ones. Many thanks.

The chairs themselves are great. It was the customer service that was poor. I ordered them as said in stock on web site however I was then told there was an 8 week delay as they were not in stock.
When they became in stock I was asked for a delivery date. I gave 2 alternatives but was given a date that was not suitable. Eventually they were delivered on one of the dates I gave in the first place. Shame as this has left a nasty impression although the chairs are everything I could off wished for.
