When the table and chairs were delivered, the delivery men unpacked the items and all appeared to be ok , unfortunately when we started to assemble the table we noticed that it was damaged. We contacted cotswold customer aftercare , who I must say were brilliant we sent photos of damage , there was no quibble they arranged a replacement of the table straight away , which was delivered in a week and looks beautiful in our dining room . Would recommend this company to anyone . Thank you Cotswold company.
