Product is lovely. Unfortunately the customer service and delivery is absolutely appalling. In fact I am still waiting for customer service to get back to me when they promised to multiple times. I wont order from Cotswold again because of the customer service. Each of my 3 orders with them were nightmares- forgotten furniture from one order, damaged items on the next (which I finally gave up trying to get replaced) and inspite of requesting at time of order the table was not put together and when they finally sent someone to put the table together, they refused to put the matching benches together- and I've never heard from anyone at the company again.

Building the table was fine although it does come with a crazy amount of packaging table was beautiful at first however within a few weeks lots of marks on the table from where it was wiped with warm water feel like the quality of whatever the table should be sealed with is not good

The table is very good quality and arrived extremely well packaged, earlier than initially promised. However, the colour is different to what we expected - darker than the model in the showroom, darker than in the photo in the catalogue and darker than in the photo to the left of this caption. All these mentioned show a distinct lighter shade of oak than the table we received. The colour was a fundamental aspect of our purchase and this is deeply disappointing.
