V poor customer service, v poor quality product: at first the wrong item was sent out to me, I then had to wait for the correct item, long delay, only to open box and find a faulty product. I then awaited a replacement table to be sent to me, again the item was v faulty, deep cuts in the wooden frame. I then had to wait in again for a 4th replacement table, the delivery did not show up on the day arranged, v v frustrating! I asked for a refund but was told this was not possible as had to receive the replacement table and only then after returning said table could i request a refund, oh my goodness, never, ever shall I purchase from the Cotswold Company again!!

Lovely table that is well made and just right for a family of 5 and a guest or 2, 3 or even 5 at Christmas. Well made and full of character - my wife has just called from the other room that 'we love it'!

Lovely table, goes perfectly in my kitchen with cream and pine units, 5ft size can sit up to 6 people. I got the ivory chairs with rush seats to go with this, chairs slightly darker cream but still go well together. Delivery was prompt and i was kept up to date with time slots etc, delivery men were very "in and out" and did not remove packaging but placed in kitchen for me, overal good service.
