Such as soft close sliding doors from Germany that provide quick and easy access. A collection designed with busy family homes in mind, the mortise and tenon solid wood frames are extremely durable, while handcrafted dovetail-jointed drawers add strength.

Pleased with the design and general quality of this unit but delivery needed 3 people not 2. I paid the extra £10 to have the unit unpacked and the packaging taken away but due to the weight of the unit the 2 delivery men had to un pack partly in the van then on my drive before managing to get it into my home/room due to the weight. Luckily no damage, but I was missing one shelf support and the unit was very dusty/dirty, so I had to give it a good clean before I could use it. Delivery men were polite and helpful. Customer service were helpful in getting me the shelf support delivered quickly and a discount for the inconvenience caused, but for the money paid I expected better.
Once installed and final assembly done the cabinet is very good. However it was really too heavy for the two person delivery crew to handle safely. Anyway they managed it . However I was less than pleased to find that one door was cross threaded in its runners and the other needed me to do a small bit of final assembly on a piece that supposedly comes complete. Managed to sort this with a bit of a fiddle but once done doors work fine. I complained about this and you quickly agreed to look carefully at these faults and a slight misdescription as well as offering a partial refund which is much appreciated and will keep me as a potential future customer.
