Whilst the delivery team will take a much care as possible when making the delivery they will require ample space to manoeuvre it into your home. This item can only be delivered to a room of choice on the ground floor of your property (access permitting)

Chester dove grey sideboard. Looks fantastic but stinks like rotten old kippers. After 5 days my dining area smells like a fish smokehouse. I can't risk putting anything soft inside the damn thing since the stink will permeate right through. According to Cotswold, I have to put coffee beans into the drawers and cupboards for a week...I don't recall that from the sales literature. Gawd only knows what chemicals the Chinese factory put into the paint. Someone mentioned formaldehyde as a candidate. Whatever it is, it stinks and I'm not impressed. I'm even less impressed by customer service. Just the usual 'we really care about you and your opinion' and an offer to supply me with another one in 4 months time doesn't really cut it. A month later - after extensive deployment of coffee beans, vanilla and fresh air - and the stink is beginning to subside.
I wouldn't know - it didn't arrive. After contacting you regarding the delay in delivery (you did not inform me of the delay) you arranged express delivery - so I arranged someone to be in the house - it didn't arrive. I contacted you again and you informed me it was out of stock - how long for delivery? How long is a piece of string. Full credit to the numerous staff I spoke to for being friendly and polite every time however if I wanted a friendly chat I would call a mate - what I wanted from you was furniture and you have not fulfilled. This, and the other 2 pieces of furniture I ordered have been cancelled and I have gone somewhere else. I will not shop with you again.
The item was damaged when delivered. The damage was to the top of the rear panel , behind the drawer, so we said we could live with it. There was also some shelf supports missing. The driver contacted the office and I was told we would get a partial refund as compensation and the brackets would be sent in the post. Neither has happened.
