Overall very pleased with the delivery period and the persons that delivered it. Pleased with the purchase but mislead with the description as some of the make up of the unit is Oak effect, not solid Oak (i.e veneered on composite material). Had one problem with one of the doors which was not aligned properly which I rectified by adjusting the hinges and the door catch mechanism. After saying this I was made aware at the time of delivery that if I was not satisfied in any way I could have a replacement without any additional cost. I conclude by saying that the company and the products are highly recommendable.

We do use Oak veneers with this piece, which are laid over composite panels. It's purpose is to prevent cracking and warping over time. This is noted under the "specifications" tab. Our customer service representatives are on call every day to answer any questions about our products you may have, so please feel welcome in future to call one of us up for a friendly but informative chat.
