Small Sideboard

Having wanted to purchase from you for a long time I selected my sideboard as my first purchase. My intention was to add to the range from there. My sideboard was out of stock expected in one week so I purchased it and the money left my account. After a week it hadn’t arrived and with not hearing anything I checked the tracker and it had been put back further. This happened again and in the end it arrived almost a month later. I did contact customer service and was told they can only estimate when it will arrive and could have 90% of my money back, but there seemed little point. When it arrived I was shocked that I would need to pay another £10 to have it in a Saturday. I opted for a week day and had a 2 hour time slot and came out of work to wait. It was delivered by mail and the driver struggled to lift it saying furniture should not be delivered in this way and I agree. It is a lovely sideboard which came with 2 of the handles missing after all this time. When I called to advise you the lady laughed on the phone and 4 days later the handles arrived. I don’t write reviews normally but I want to stress to you that my expectations were not met with your service. My plans to fill my house with your products have been forgotten and for now when I see your products advertised I no longer think or discuss with family and friends how amazing they look.

I am so pleased with my new Sideboards they finish my room off perfect. They are made to a very high quality and love the colour as well. I would definitely order this furniture again for different rooms and highly recommend Cotswoldco.com
