Very nice sideboard, great service and delivery. I would have liked to have seen soft closing doors and proper metal drawer sliders.
My biggest issue was the colour. Despite ordering a sample of the colour and the colour being described as charcoal (expected a dark grey/black colour), what I received was what I can only describe as a dark navy blue colour (see picture of unit against black fire surround)
(Note- Hardware replaced and not supplied by Cotswold)

The unit arrived with a split in the framework at the rear. I reported this to the delivery crew and photos were taken they reported it back to their manager. I talked to him and he advised that it had been noted an would be reported to Cotswold Co who would contact me since then I have heard nothing so am not best pleased

Really like this item , sits well in the room and a lovely colour, However this item arrived with some damage internally and marking externally on one of the drawers. Aftercare were very helpful and sorted it out
