Significantly damaged upon arrival. It took a number of emails and still waiting for replacement a week on. No offer of compensation and no apology for having to wait for a second delivery. Very disappointed. We have ordered from The Cotswold Company before and been happy, but we won’t bother again.

Having looked at the account I can see that we have been able to provide you a free exchange service in order to replace the damaged item. Although rare, on occasion, when any issues do arise, we endeavour to either replace items with new, or resolve the issues as quickly as we can when items are out of stock.

Solid bit of furniture, come super quick and easy to unpack and put in place. slight disappointment that the doors dont full line up at the top but that might just by OCD kicking in. Great value for money
