I was disappointed to find a damaged chair and table support, and lack of materials to secure the table to the supports. Following a telephone call to Cotswold, I understand from Chloe Hamling, that they will be replaced by the end of this week. Assuming that happens, I will be really pleased with the support from customer services. I expected high quality from Cotswold and nearly lost faith, however, if the promise is true, I am sure my belief will be restored. Previous purchases have been of traditional Cotswold wooden furniture, possibly this rattan furniture is from a sub-contracted company who cannot guarantee the same quality.
