I have to say that in the run up to receiving the item, everything was great. We had to change our delivery date due to illness and the customer services went out of their way and made me feel like a very valued customer. The only only slight complaint we have is about the actual item. Yes, it's a shelf, and yes, the top of it will probably be out of most people's eyeline, but we were slightly miffed that no attempt has been made to fill in any of the nail holes on the top of the shelf and it feels a bit 'unfinished'. I think that we maybe just expected a bit more - but maybe that's our problem. Anyway the shelf seems sturdy, so we are looking forward to using.

Just what I wanted. Screw holes in the top but cant see them now its up. Was a bit tricky to hang but overall I'm pleased with it.
