We have been delighted with our Tetbury Hall Bench, it finishes off our hallway perfectly. The build quality is excellent and the drawers fit in lots of shoes. We have received lots of compliments for our hall bench from visiting friends since we have had it. The delivery service was also very efficient.

Although carefully packaged, this item was obviously chipped on one corner on receipt - it had clearly been damaged before it was packed. Our complaint was swiftly and courteously resolved with the offer of an exchange or a discount, which we accepted. Otherwise we are pleased with it, although we agree with other reviews that the seat is quite narrow front to back and the whole bench looks smaller in real life than it appears in the photographs. We use it as a window seat, it fits the space perfectly and the baskets are useful.
