Overall a good product. When attempting to fit the rack, it was disappointing to see that the supplied cross head screws did not have a deep enough recess therefore were useless. We therefore had to go to a DIY store to purchase screws to complete the job. I suggest you review your quality control on fixing products.

Lovely coat rack, well made, looks really nice on the wall. The screw covers need to be in grey if you have the grey rack,white is pointless, we just didn't use them in the end and looks fine.
