This shelf is too heavy for our wall. Between me and my wife we have phoned countless times to always be kept on hold or emailed three times including through their webpage returns link to organise a return and refund and no-one has spoken or contacted us. Poor.

First one turned up broken, cotswoldco very quick to deliver a new one to us but still forgot to send screws to screw the brackets in with.
