Crafted from distressed solid pine, beautifully enhanced by a hand-waxed finish, it’s designed to fit into a corner to save floor space yet still offers plenty of room on top to work. The left pedestal conceals a cupboard behind the bottom three 'drawers', fitted with an adjustable and removeable shelf allowing you to tailor its usage to your own storage requirements. Papers and stationery can be homed in its roomy upper drawer with library-style handle, as well as the the top two drawers of the right hand pedestal. The bottom two 'drawers' on the right disguise a handy foolscap filing cabinet, while the middle extra ‘drawer’ opens out into a shelf for your keyboard that can be tucked away when not in use. Please note desk tops are not distressed in order to maintain a smooth work surface.
This robust range is constructed from solid pine that is hand waxed to create a rich, warm lustre. The natural rough grain of this characterful timber achieves its vintage appearance with further distressing in the form of authentic tool marks, abrasions and coarse textures, making each piece truly unique. Whilst the product colour and finish represented is as closely matched as possible, due to the natural composition of the pine and the rough finish of this range, we cannot guarantee an exact replication of colour or distressing.

This desk is wonderful, almost perfect... The wood and finish both excellent quality, my only concern is the width of the seating area, its only 48cm wide, slightly narrower at the base. I've struggled to find office chairs that comfortably fit this width as I like to pull my seating up to the desk and not lean forward. I'd strongly recommend reviewing the design and allowing more room for seating. Otherwise it's a wonderful piece.

If your floor is not dead level the top will not fit on the bases properly. It is too high by 3 cm. The storage capacity is small compared to the bulk of the desk
