For standing in your home office, hallway or bedroom, the beauty of our Berkeley Nordic Oak desk lies in its versatility. Simple and elegant in design. The oak is given a hand-applied clear wax finish to retain the subtle natural grain that traces every piece. We use traditional woodworking methods, like mortise and tenon solid wood frames for superior strength.
Shaped entirely by nature, no two pieces are ever the same. To preserve the oak’s natural beauty, the timber is carefully wire-brushed to bring out the grain and give a mid-century-inspired appearance. It is then finished with clear wax to protect the oak’s subtle, natural grain traces.

Beautiful desk. My only minor issue as a tall person is that with it’s quite low, particularly as the supporting pieces cut into leg room further. I’m getting used to it though.

A really solid, nice looking desk. It really looks like a quality item. If you had told me it came from N**ptune I would not be surprised. We are delighted with it. Just the right size for a pc monitor with lots of space to spare.
