Decent structural quality and the usual excellent service from Cotswold. There is one problem in that the bottom drawer is made to take standard hanging files but unfortunately there is insufficient headroom to fit standard hanging file clip-on plastic label holders - the label holders catch on the cross member when you try to close the drawer, preventing the drawer closing. Slightly irritating, and surprising, for a product described and sold as a "3 drawer filing cabinet".

Overall good product, the only fault/down I have found so far is that you cannot use plastic name holders on the files as the draw is a few centimetres to small, a slight adjustment to the draw sizes would make it perfect, but some one does not use these must have designed the draw sizes.
