It's a nice enough chair; the single image is accurate for colour and shape but the description is misleading. There is no 'free flow mechanism' and therefore you can't rock back-and-forth. There is just a simple pneumatic height adjustment as per most cheaper office chairs. When I queried this with customer services they were very helpful and arranged a return and a refund. But the website team declined to change the description. So to be clear - you can't rock back and forth with this chair. And I'm left with the impression that whoever writes the web copy has chosen to overstate the chair's functionality.

Really lovely office chair, very comfortable to sit on with great back support. Would highly recommend for anyone who needs a good office chair big enough to fit in a small room.
